Our approach involves making the most of the existing business knowledge within the employees and bringing to the surface the real challenges – and how to solve them. After all, nobody knows your business better than those within it.
Rather than using lengthy and expensive consulting programs, Lascivio aims straight at the key issues affecting each business. In this way results can be achieved without “overcooking” the problem with more conventional methods.
Brenton Burchmore – Director
The founder of Lascivio Consulting has worked at all levels of management across all business departments for many years. Recently involved in the ICT industry as Operations Director at Activ Australia, Brenton has created and led teams in sales, technical, billing, supplier management, service delivery and project management over the last decade.
In recent years Brenton has been involved in inter-department business efficiency, process review, business planning, management staff mentoring, and major business evolution projects.
During the late 80’s and early 90’s Brenton managed several diverse business enterprises for entrepreneur Roy McDonald who owned commercial real estate, serviced offices, sporting facilities, life coaching, financial planning, and many other businesses.
